By accessing ThunderDeck, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

You must have legal capacity to transact. Customers under 18 must use the store with a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or material violations of these terms.

ThunderDeck sells collectible trading cards, including second-hand goods. Each listing aims to identify the card name, set, card number, rarity, condition, price, and available quantity. Images and colours may vary slightly by screen.

Condition grades—Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, and Damaged—describe visible wear, not investment value or future grading outcomes. By ordering a card listed below Near Mint, you acknowledge the specifically disclosed condition and any listing notes. This does not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Unless expressly stated, ThunderDeck is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK.

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR) and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. Delivery charges and the final order total will be shown before you confirm payment.

Payment must be authorised through the available payment method. A payment acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance if stock, pricing, fraud, or technical errors must still be checked.

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding sale is concluded when we accept the order and confirm it for fulfilment. Stock is limited and collector cards are often unique or low quantity. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.

If a product becomes unavailable, contains an obvious pricing error, or cannot lawfully be supplied, we may reject or cancel the affected item and refund amounts already paid. We will not substitute a different card, set, printing, or condition without your agreement.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise. You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address and make reasonable arrangements to receive the parcel.

We package cards using protective materials appropriate to the order. Please photograph the unopened parcel and contents if it arrives visibly damaged, then contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can investigate with the courier.

Any cooling-off right that applies under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 or other law remains available to you. Where such a right applies, you may cancel within the statutory period, subject to lawful return-cost and condition requirements.

Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, goods that fail applicable quality standards may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund remedies. For collectible cards, a condition or defect that was clearly disclosed and knowingly accepted will be considered, but we do not exclude statutory rights.

To request a return, contact hello@thunderdeck.com with the order number, reason, and clear photographs. Keep the card in the same sleeve, holder, and condition received. We may inspect returned goods before completing a remedy.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or automate access in a manner that burdens the service, submit fraudulent orders, abuse promotions, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.

The ThunderDeck name, emblem, site design, copy, and original materials belong to ThunderDeck or its licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original materials without permission.

Third-party product names, card artwork, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify products offered for resale.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter. You retain the right to approach an appropriate consumer authority, regulator, tribunal, ombud, or court.

We may update these terms prospectively as the store or law changes. The terms shown when an order is accepted will ordinarily govern that order, except where law requires otherwise.
